Our Quality Policy

As Türev, we have adopted patient safety and product quality as our core principles in the production of medical and surgical supplies. We conduct our operations in full compliance with current medical device regulations and national and international standards, particularly ISO 13485; we ensure this compliance by continuously improving the effectiveness of our quality management system.

To ensure that our products are safe, effective, and traceable in accordance with legal requirements, relevant standards, and customer expectations, we effectively implement the quality management system across all our processes.

In our production and quality processes, we adopt a risk-based approach; we operate with a sustainable, safe, and controlled production philosophy. We regularly review our process performance and provide the necessary resources for continuous improvement activities in line with our quality objectives.
