At Turev, our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy is based on our respect for people and the environment in which we operate. Occupational Health and Safety is our top priority in all areas of activity, and we act in line with the principle of “Protect Your Health, Protect Your Work.”
In order to ensure a safe and healthy working environment, all employees are responsible for complying with OHS rules and taking the necessary precautions within the scope of their duties, authorities, and responsibilities.
One of our primary objectives is to protect our employees and all stakeholders interacting with our operations against potential risks arising from our activities. In this context, Turev aims not only to safeguard its employees but also to promote a strong OHS culture among suppliers, subcontractors, interns, visitors, and third-party personnel.
Accordingly, Turev commits to:
- Comply fully with all applicable occupational health and safety legislation and other relevant requirements,
- Embrace the principle that occupational health and safety is a shared responsibility of all employees,
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve an effective OHS management system that identifies, assesses, and controls OHS risks while monitoring OHS performance,
- Identify, eliminate, or control potential OHS risks for employees, subcontractors, and the public, and work to prevent work-related injuries, occupational diseases, and accidents,
- Plan and deliver regular OHS training programs on safe working practices, OHS risks, and the company’s OHS objectives,
- Maintain a constant state of preparedness for emergencies,
- Provide and sustain a healthy, safe, and sustainable working environment.
